Big Brother inform the housemates Emma will not be returning to the house.
They issue the following message via a laminate.
Dan reads it to the group.
"Big Brother appreciates that following last Wednesday's events, the group remaining in the house have resolved many of their issues. However, Big Brother is concerned that Emma's return may increase the risk of a repeat incident.
Big Brother does not think Emma is any more to blame for the events of Wednesday night anyone else, but believes that this is the best course of action to ensure the welfare and safety of all the housemates.
Emma would like to pass on the following message... Hi everyone, love you loads. Hope to see you soon. Lots of love and snogs, Em."
Michelle says " I think it's probably for the best because I don't want to see her that upset again, I don't want to see what happened happen ... I think it's probably for the best "
 Marco sits with his head down looking sad. Dan sits with his hands on his face. Stuart looks shocked.
Nadia, who is leant on Michelle the whole time, looks upset '"You ok Chicken ? " asks Michelle.
[ group pause while they all look rather stunned ]
Ahmed " Well if you can read between the lines "
Marco " She's not coming back "
Dan [ makes ppfffing noise ] " There's not a lot to read between that, really ... it's not as if they're not saying something ... "
Jason looking thoughtful.
Dan " ... it's pretty straightforward ... "
Ahmed asks if it means she's not coming back at all and Stuart says she won't be coming back.
 Michelle " She's not coming back "
[ group silence, as they pass the laminate one to another and read it ]
Victor reads the laminate and makes a ' pprpp ' noise.
